Reservation Policy

All reservations must be made 14 days in advance. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis for reservations. Each reservation will require a 100% payment at the time of booking. Once the booking is received, our team will hand pick each location and set up an itinerary depending on the package chosen. All guests will be required to sign waivers before boarding.

Gratuity Policy

An automatic 20% gratuity is added to each booking. This gratuity covers the server tips from visited locations. This helps create a relaxing atmosphere and guests do not have to worry about tipping during each visitation.

No Show & Late Policy

If the individual(s) party is behind schedule, please contact our driver as soon as possible. Despite being behind schedule, the tour will start and end at the initial agreed upon times. No refunds will be given for the allotted time missed for showing up late. In addition, if the driver is not contacted of the late arrival within the first 20 minutes from the start of the tour, the tour will automatically be deemed a “no show”. The individual(s) will still be held liable for full payment of the tour and the credit card on file will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

All tours cancelled for any reason 14 days prior to the start of the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 14 days but not 48 hours prior to the tour will result in a forfeited 50% of the total payment. Cancellations 48 hours prior to the start time of the tour or failure to show will result in the FULL price forfeited. The above listed applies to partial cancellations such as lowering head count as well. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.

Pick up & Drop Off Policy

All tours include free pick up within the city limits of Fredericksburg. Pick up locations outside the city limits are subject to an additional fee. Our company only only operates within Gillespie County. We are not licensed to pick up in Austin or San Antonio. Please arrive 15-20 minutes earlier prior to pick up. If you are located outside the city limits and desire to be picked up in the city our meet up location is 302 E Austin St, Fredericksburg, TX 78624. (The Fredericksburg Visitors Center) Parking is free at this location.

Damage & Sanitation Policy

We take pride in keeping our vehicle in pristine condition for our customers. If damages occur during the duration of the tour, the individuals credit charge on file is subject to a minimum of $500 fee. Damages include but are not limited to interior damages, exterior damages, excessive clean ups, bodily fluids, etc. In addition, smoking is NOT permitted in the vehicle. In the event an action occurs the individual(s) will be subject to a minimum of $500 cleaning fee.

Visitation Policy

We take pride in elevating our guests experience while visiting Fredericksburg. With that, we ask our guests to be respectful and mindful of his or her actions during each visitation. Alcohol consumption is only allowed for individuals 21 years of age or older. All IDs will be checked before boarding vehicle so please bring them. No pets allowed.

Individuals are NOT allowed to bring outside alcoholic beverages into a scheduled tour destination, as this is a legal violation. If at any point our tasting server(s) or driver(s) deem an individual too intoxicated to visit the next location, the whole party will be taken to the drop off location early without refund. We will do our part to provide the best experience for our guests and ask our guests do their part in making a tour fun, respectful and successful!

Gift Certificates Policy

All gift cards purchased are non-refundable. Gift card balances can be transferred to another party.
